Gensler was engaged by a large multinational tech firm to design a landmark office tower within an 80-acre mixed-use campus in Bengaluru. The challenge was to create a building that would stand out in a competitive, tech-saturated market by emphasizing sustainability and wellness to attract both tenants and top talent.

Gensler designed a human-centered, LEED Platinum-certified office tower featuring a large ground-floor opening for pedestrian flow, an outdoor working terrace, and a façade responsive to environmental conditions. The solution successfully leased the entire building to the large multinational tech firm, setting a new benchmark for sustainable design and positively influencing pedestrian activity and future developments in the surrounding area.
