Gensler's solution consolidated five floors of assigned seating into a single, amenity-rich floor of unassigned seating, strategically separating work and social areas to ensure confidentiality and enable focus. The design incorporated subtle elements to stimulate curiosity and featured sustainable materials. Gensler also drove a robust change management plan to support the transition. The resulting space fostered new ways of working with a greater focus on employee wellbeing, including access to a roof terrace, and successfully supported the firm's BREEAM Excellent certified building.
