The customer, Fortune 250 American Corporation, is a large insurance and investment management organization offering variable and fixed annuities, life insurance, and investment products. They had relied on a home-grown testing automation framework and in-house data tools to support 100+ testers, but those tools could not keep up with demand, causing delays and limiting QA testing. In 2018 they selected GenRocket and its enterprise synthetic test data platform, including the GMUS (GenRocket Multi-User Server), to address the gap.

GenRocket integrated GMUS into the company’s testing automation framework and added a self-service portal so testers can request exactly the data they need; requests are sent to GMUS, which generates synthetic data in real time and delivers it directly into the automation framework.
