Solix Inc. is a U.S.-based provider of program and process management, regulatory compliance and customer care services that was struggling with a highly labor-intensive, manual eligibility intake and validation process fed by scanned documents, mobile inputs, contact-center agents and paper/electronic forms. To support rapid growth, faster customer onboarding and reduced internal resource burden, Solix worked with Genpact Cora Orchestration and implemented PNMSOFT Sequence (Sequence powered by Genpact Cora) as its new workflow platform.
Working with Genpact Cora Orchestration and PNMSOFT, Solix deployed Sequence on Microsoft Azure with geo-redundancy, centralizing orchestration, integrating partner/vendor APIs, encrypted BLOB storage and Azure AD federation into a single, hybrid cloud platform. The Genpact Cora Orchestration–powered solution consolidated disparate systems into one repository of controlled workflows, streamlined intake, improved analytics and traceability, reduced manual tasks, accelerated troubleshooting and response times, and positioned Solix to onboard new clients and reuse code for future expansions.
