SAPEC Agro Business, an international crop protection and nutrition company, struggled with a manual, fragmented new-product-development process reliant on emails, phone calls and multiple spreadsheets that stalled when key staff were absent. To digitalize and streamline workflows, SAPEC engaged Genpact Cora Orchestration to modernize its process management.

Genpact Cora Orchestration implemented a centralized iBPMS solution (PNMsoft Sequence) with SharePoint/SQL integration, forms and dashboards to automate workflows and enable visibility across teams. As a result, Genpact Cora Orchestration helped SAPEC automate six processes in four weeks (subsequent processes taking ~3 days each), cut 500 hours of email time per month (25 users × 1 hour/day), reduce manual handoffs and stoppages, and provide centralized process control for ongoing expansion.
