Harris CapRock, a provider of managed satellite communications for energy, maritime and government customers, faced a bottleneck in Space Segment Management: a static, cumbersome legacy ticketing system that made it hard to get accurate technical and commercial data, update processes, or meet tight delivery deadlines. To modernize operations and improve inventory-driven circuit engineering, Harris CapRock engaged Genpact Cora Orchestration for a more flexible, process-based solution.

Genpact Cora Orchestration implemented an intelligent BPM solution that standardized nine workflow processes (pre-sales queries, post-sales activations/terminations/renewals, contract management, etc.) and was rolled out to 125 internal users, handling about 300 inquiries per month. The Genpact Cora Orchestration deployment improved inventory management, data visibility and collaboration, reduced lost tickets and cycle times, enabled on‑the‑fly process changes, and delivered measurable time savings and clearer task ownership.
