Genpact Cora Orchestration was engaged to provide orchestration and integration support for the GeRHuP HR shared‑services platform.

Genpact Cora Orchestration implemented an orchestration/integration layer around GeRHuP—centralizing personnel administration, organizational management and payroll across a modular 90‑process employee lifecycle and a self‑service portal. The work delivered standardized processes, consolidated employee data, improved data accuracy and 24x7 self‑service access; measurable outcomes include rollout to 21 entities covering 13,300 employees and processing more than €33M in salaries per month, while enabling phased scale‑up. Genpact Cora Orchestration’s solution made the HR service more scalable, auditable and efficient.
