Greene King worked with Genius Sports ahead of the Six Nations to boost awareness and table bookings across 20 Flaming Grill pub locations. The company wanted to reach local rugby fans on Facebook and Instagram before and during matches, while testing whether more personalized, dynamic video creative could outperform its existing ads.

Using Genius Creative and Genius Sports’ live data API integration with Meta, Greene King launched dynamic video ads that automatically updated with weekly fixtures and the nearest pub location for each fan. In an A/B test, the new creative outperformed the existing ads, delivering a 20% increase in bookings, a 16.9% reduction in cost per result, and more than 2.3 million impressions.
