TaxDome, a cloud-based tax practice management platform, faced significant challenges with users submitting low-quality document photos, which hindered data extraction and compromised security for sensitive client information. They sought a solution to improve document quality and security, leading them to integrate the Genius Scan SDK.

The integration of the Genius Scan SDK was a seamless process, completed in just over one week for TaxDome's Flutter-based apps. The solution provided users with a fantastic scanning experience, resulting in clear, high-quality documents. The implementation was a tremendous success, with about 10% of users adopting the new tool for over 200,000 scans and generating overwhelmingly positive feedback on the significantly improved quality.
