K2B, a world-class multi-platform ERP, was tasked with delivering a comprehensive management solution to automate the Central Bank of Paraguay’s accounting, financial, administrative and HR processes. To meet this challenge K2B leveraged GeneXus technology (including BPM, GAM and GeneXus Query) to provide modules for Financial Management, Budgeting, Accounting, Human Resources, Administrative Management, Procurement, Recruiting and K2B Gesdoc for Document Management.

Using GeneXus, K2B delivered a fully modular, extensible, service-oriented ERP (17,400 objects and 709 tables) with APIs and a Rigel-designed UI; K2B Gesdoc alone ingested 1,200 files in the first month. The GeneXus-based implementation increased integration, control and transparency across operations, improved information quality and decision-making, and optimized time, human resources and paper usage.
