TV Cidade, a cable TV, broadband Internet and IP telephony provider operating across 15 Brazilian states, needed an IT solution to improve customer relations that allowed third‑party independent maintenance, adaptability to business changes and growth, and reduced maintenance, communication, processing and human resources costs.
