Tekhne, a leading Argentine software house specializing in healthcare, faced the challenge of creating an end-to-end Primary Care Management System to enable early detection of patient conditions and provide online medical and pharmacological treatment, plus mobile tools for field audits, appointment management and notifications. The solution was developed using the GeneXus development platform.

Using GeneXus, Tekhne built the Primary Care Management System with detailed electronic medical records, a protocol module for early condition detection, appointment management and online care via a healthcare network, plus mobile features for fieldwork. The system is in use by major organizations such as Instituto Provincial de Córdoba (APROSS) and Obra Social Luis Pasteur, covering more than 500,000 beneficiaries, demonstrating measurable scale and improved primary care management.
