Tecnisa develops new management systems

Tecnisa SA, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative real estate companies, needed a way to create applications adaptable to the most popular languages and platforms without requiring programming. The solution had to serve six internal areas—Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Technical Assistance, Credit Analysis, New Business, and Customized Real Estate—and replace a legacy Clipper system that limited technology adoption.

GeneXus provided its platform (originally implemented with Evolution 1, with a planned migration to GX Evolution 3) to build the Tecnisa Integrated System (SIT). Built with GeneXus, SIT is integrated with SAP and other legacy systems, supports over 1,500 internal and external users, enabled faster, low-code development, improved productivity and customization for each business area, and resolved prior technological limitations while offering a strong quality‑to‑cost relationship.
