Technological Integration at NGO Redalco with Dvelop

Redalco, a non-profit organization that distributes fruits and vegetables to people in need while reducing food waste, needed a new web system to manage beneficiary records, orders, and collaborator payments more efficiently. Vendor GeneXus supported the initiative using GeneXus 17 and WorkWithPlus for Web.

GeneXus helped deliver a system with a back office and front end for different user roles, including order management, beneficiary maintenance, tracking, and online payments through an integrated Sistarbanc gateway. The solution improved Redalco’s operations and supported its large-scale impact, helping manage 1,316,000 kilograms of produce distributed in 2021 to more than 35,000 people weekly across 350 community organizations.
