Sentinel (Sentinel Perú) is a debt alert and reporting center that launched the "Mi Sentinel" platform to let individuals and companies monitor debts and receive alerts. Faced with a legacy hosting/PDF workflow that limited downloads and could not give immediate responses or scale nationwide, Sentinel turned to GeneXus—using the GeneXus Suite and GXportal—to modernize the service and enable multi‑platform delivery.

GeneXus implemented a flexible, low‑code platform that freed the product from heavy programming constraints, improved responsiveness and scaled to meet massive demand. As a result of the GeneXus solution, Sentinel grew from about 1,000 users to 300,000 users in three years, with plans to reach 2 million users in 2015, while delivering faster, real‑time alerts and broader coverage.
