ISO Enterprise deployed the ISO Gesac CRM developed with GeneXus (using Gxquery, .NET and SQL Server) to provide an integrated, modular customer-service platform and corporate market knowledge base. The GeneXus-based solution centralized customer and competitor information for marketing and quality teams, enabling Mormaii to identify customer needs, compile actionable data and more effectively manage its network of stores and licensees.
