Colinet Trotta, a software factory from Rosario, developed GAUSmobile, a mobile application for insurance companies to address the need for instant access to data and mobility. Their challenge was to break away from legacy desktop paradigms that forced users to remain at screens to access systems; to meet international guidelines they fully developed the solution with GeneXus and powered it with GXportal.

Using GeneXus, Colinet Trotta delivered GAUSmobile for smartphones and tablets, enabling insurers to trigger business processes and access information from anywhere. The GeneXus-based solution provided agile, instant-access workflows that reduce reliance on stationary PCs and improve field responsiveness and operational mobility for insurance customers.
