InfoModulus develops sales force mobile system with online and offline capabilities using GeneXus

InfoModulus, a consulting and software development firm, was charged with building a tablet-ready sales force mobile system for Distribuidora de Alimentos Dequéch that had to work reliably despite intermittent connectivity. To meet this challenge they used GeneXus — initially developing the web-based app with GeneXus X Ev2 and later moving the knowledge base to GeneXus Tilo to add offline capability.

Using GeneXus, InfoModulus delivered a web-based sales force solution that runs on tablets, operates normally offline, and automatically syncs data when a connection is restored. The system now supports 120 users and showcased GeneXus’s development speed, simplicity, and broad DBMS/programming language support, enabling a fast rollout and seamless offline/online operation.
