Implements new hospital management software with GeneXus

Lolimsa, an international provider of hospital software serving more than 200 healthcare institutions across 11 Latin American countries, needed to bring its LOLCLI9000++ hospital management system to the web in early 2012 while freeing its systems team from low-level programming so they could focus on clinical and surgical domain expertise. To meet this challenge they selected GeneXus and adopted the entire GeneXus suite to support the migration.

GeneXus implemented the web migration (including GXportal capabilities) and enabled mobile access for smartphones and tablets, streamlining hospital workflows and allowing Lolimsa to retain domain specialists rather than hire extensive programming staff. As a result of the GeneXus solution, Lolimsa achieved a 50 percent increase in effectiveness developing hospital management processes and accelerated delivery of web and mobile functionality to its customers.
