Heel USA, a pioneer in natural medicine, faced fragmented sales information and costly printed catalogs and needed centralized, offline-capable mobile documentation to capture catalog usage and salesperson performance. ADMAIN Consultores responded by building a cloud-based SaaS sales and documentation system using the GeneXus development platform to digitize catalogs, capture field data, and eliminate printing and distribution overhead.

Using GeneXus, ADMAIN implemented a mobile app with a web backend for campaign and document management, secure 24/7 cloud access, and offline syncing. Deployed in three months, the solution is now used by all medical visitors (at least 30 concurrent users), generates about 4,000 daily transactions, supports six campaigns with full traceability, and has published over 100 document versions—delivering measurable visibility into sales activity and cost savings.
