SESA Select, part of Randstad, faced limitations with legacy DOS HR software and needed a modern, end-to-end HR/ERP solution to handle staffing and outsourcing services, rapid legal and regulatory changes, and multi-company scalability to grow with payroll volume (around 25,000 payroll transactions per month). To meet those needs they developed an ERP using GeneXus technology.

GeneXus delivered a stable, multiplatform ERP solution that enabled rapid regulatory updates and a scalable, SaaS commercial offering. The GeneXus-developed ERP became a flagship product for SESA Select, is installed in Chile, Mexico and Argentina, and is marketed across the region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico), supporting the company’s growth and high payroll transaction volumes.
