Estacionamiento Medido Inteligente (EMI) faced the challenge of modernizing on‑street parking in Resistencia by giving drivers real‑time visibility of available spaces and a secure way to pay using prepaid credits. To build a mobile application that avoided card duplication and recorded every transaction on vouchers, the project team relied on GeneXus technology (used by Relevamientos Catastrales across versions up to 13/EVO3) and support from the tool’s local distributor.
Using GeneXus, Relevamientos Catastrales delivered the EMI mobile app that enables online parking, virtual credit loading, and real‑time spot availability. The GeneXus‑based solution created a self‑managed, transparent parking system that streamlined payments, prevented card duplication, ensured transaction traceability on vouchers, and improved traffic order and convenience in downtown Resistencia.
