Diconsa - Customer Case Study

Diconsa, a Mexican company with majority government ownership that fights food poverty by supplying basic goods to highly marginalized rural areas, needed to integrate operations, processes and information across its national voice and data network covering some 300 warehouses. Seeking an industrial‑strength development platform to unify diverse systems and automate workflows, Diconsa selected GeneXus.

Using GeneXus, the vendor built five core systems—SIAC, SINTRA, SIA, SIF and SIMA—to centralize warehouse data, control the fleet, manage purchasing and supplies, handle budgets/receivables/payables, and cover administrative tasks. The GeneXus solution now collects information from over 300 warehouses (SIAC), links supply orders to improve delivery response (SIA↔SIAC), operates fleet control (SINTRA) and supports financial monitoring for more than 1,000 end users (SIF), delivering measurable improvements in information flow, control and operational efficiency.
