Decisão Sistemas creates new application with GeneXus for self-employed truck drivers

Decisão Sistemas, a Brazilian software company focused on factoring and collections, needed a way to help self‑employed truck drivers find nearby loads and give shippers real‑time visibility so trucks don’t run empty and deliveries aren’t delayed. To meet this challenge Decisão Sistemas used GeneXus, the low‑code/no‑code software development tool, to build a mobile solution quickly without traditional programming.

Using GeneXus, Decisão Sistemas launched Zummm, an app that matches freight requests to drivers up to 150 km (93 miles) away based on vehicle characteristics and lets shippers track cargo from loading to delivery with ETA updates. The GeneXus‑built app can broadcast a single request to over 80,000 drivers, dramatically speeding up load matching, reducing empty trips and delays, and making the service freely available for drivers to receive nearby offers in real time.
