Datalab built a De-registration Trends model with GeneXus that identifies over 80% of members who will request cancellation within the next six months and produced eight distinct subscriber segments by service type and frequency. These GeneXus-enabled outputs let UCM prioritize retention campaigns, target high-value and at-risk members, and pursue cross-selling opportunities—delivering measurable prediction accuracy (80%) and clearer operational priorities for preserving and growing membership.
