CCU, Chile’s largest brewery and distribution chain, faced rapid growth and needed new software to support product innovation and increasingly complex sales and distribution processes. Working with implementer CPG Soft, the system was built with GeneXus technology and deployed as the web-based CPG S&D Premium to meet CCU’s need for a scalable, flexible solution across its operations.

Using GeneXus development methodology and web services, CPG S&D Premium provided a clear separation between a standard core and CCU-specific customizations, enabling faster updates and support. The solution was rolled out to 20 distribution centers, serving over 1,000 routes and 120,000 customers, and proved its scalability in stress tests—processing more than 50,000 orders in 8 hours from 1,100 salespeople—delivering robust performance and operational efficiency for CCU.
