Cafés La Virginia S.A., a Rosario-based coffee company founded in 1915 that serves over 75,000 customers across 17 branches and more than 15 countries, faced increasing complexity in production planning, simulation, re‑scheduling, preventive maintenance impact and financial/cost information management.
