Business Link enterprise social network with AI chatbots for fiscal and tax consulting

Business Link is an enterprise social network created for a leading Italian fiscal, tax and management consulting group to give thousands of client companies a private virtual space for timely information sharing, seamless communication, document exchange and virtual meetings. To build this network and add management features, the project team used the GeneXus Low‑Code platform (development led by RAND SOLUTIONS) to meet the need for a fast, integrated solution.

Using GeneXus, RAND SOLUTIONS delivered the platform in nine months, integrating modules for invoices, cash flow, CRM, leads, quotes, appointments, tasks, AnyDesk remote desktop, Jitsi meetings and GAM/WorkWithPlus security. The solution also includes two IBM Watson chatbots trained to answer hundreds of questions on GDPR and taxation; deployed in H2 2019, the GeneXus‑based platform proved critical during COVID‑19 by enabling companies to support customers fully online.
