Algoritmica, part of the Infinix Group, is a software company focused on education in Mexico and Central America. Facing increasingly complex school administration needs—secure online access, centralized reporting to government bodies, parent visibility into student progress, and a move away from paper/manual processes—Algoritmica selected GeneXus (using GeneXus/GXquery with Java generation) as the development tool for its strong web application generation capabilities.

Built entirely with GeneXus, Algoritmica delivered Schola: a modular, parametrizable web platform (Oracle/MySQL backend, Java generator) hosted via a data center with remote management. Schola supports concurrent users, online parent access, automatic timetabling and streamlined reporting; the result was faster access to information, reduced paperwork and more productive, efficient school administration that meets institutional and regulatory reporting needs.
