Ação Sistemas migrated their system developed with Oracle Designer to GeneXus

Ação Sistemas, a Brazilian provider of Human Resources Management software, needed to move its flagship UniversalRH platform off an on-premises Oracle Designer/Oracle Developer environment because of high licensing and maintenance costs and tool limitations. The company turned to GeneXus to support the migration and modernize its main application for the cloud.

GeneXus enabled Ação Sistemas to complete the migration in just three months, with automatic generation of about 1,300 transactions from the existing database design and a new Java-based architecture. The result was a more flexible, integrated platform with new filtering, search, and visualization features, while preserving the original database and allowing customers to transition gradually with beta access and training.
