A franchised agency of postal service increases productivity with an application developed in GeneXus

MeusCorreios, a franchised postal agency in Brazil, needed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of package deliveries while reducing manual work for staff and customers. To address this challenge, the agency adopted a solution developed with the GeneXus low-code platform and provided by Business Xtreme Technologies, enabling clients to generate shipping labels and automate parts of the shipping process.

GeneXus helped power MeusCorreios with integrations to scales, cubing conveyors, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise systems, along with dashboards for tracking orders and reverse logistics estimates. The results included higher productivity, lower operating costs, fewer labeling errors, and reduced employee effort; the solution is already used by more than 140 agencies, with March alone bringing over 500,000 pre-postings, more than 1 million objects managed, and nearly 20,000 reverse logistics handled.
