Toyota used a Web-based Toyota Sales System in Brazil to connect its distributors and manage sales information through browser access on each distributor’s intranet. The project, developed on GeneXus Consulting’s GeneXus platform, was meant to support mission-critical dealer operations and keep data flowing between local systems and Toyota Brazil.

GeneXus Consulting implemented online processes using WebServices and digital certificates, along with Java-generated web applications, to deliver a robust and efficient system. The result gave Toyota Brazil complete, highly accessible, up-to-date information from its distributor network, helping the company identify areas for improvement, plan actions in the Brazilian market, and strengthen ties with distributors.
