Roche Brasil’s Diabetes Division in Brazil had a sales reporting process that relied on doctors’ visits, Excel worksheets, and e-mailing files to the Administrative Area, creating a bureaucratic cycle that was difficult to manage and no longer supported good service. Roche needed a professional tool to manage visits, record dates, and control access and security, and GeneXus Consulting was brought in to help with the project.

GeneXus Consulting, working with Heurys Tecnología, implemented integrated PDAs for the Clarify CRM Roche was already using, through Data Views. In 30 days, 30 pocket PCs were deployed across Brazil, making visit records clearer, eliminating paper stacks and manual controls, and saving time while helping Roche record all visits and transmit updates automatically through web services.
