Infinity SDC, a leading London data center operator, needed state-of-the-art physical security for its new Infinity Slough facility to ensure resiliency, comply with ISO IEC 27001, and deliver proactive monitoring while minimizing false alarms and improving response efficiency. Working with Gratte Brothers, they selected Genetec and its Security Center platform with Omnicast IP video surveillance as the core security solution.

Genetec implemented a unified Security Center setup that integrated Omnicast video, Agent Vi analytics, C‑Cure access control, Sipelia communications, and multiple camera vendors (Axis, FLIR, Oncam), with Plan Manager for map-based operations. The system provides centralized, 24/7 monitoring with event bookmarking, instant alarms on perimeter crossings, video-linked access events, and retention of 7 days at the edge and 60–200 days on servers—resulting in faster operator response, fewer false alarms, and measurable risk reduction across the site.
