God’s Love We Deliver, a New York City non‑profit that prepares and delivers over 1.6 million meals annually with a staff of about 90 and 10,000+ volunteers, needed to replace a basic DVR and buzzer system with an intuitive IP video and access control solution to manage heavy volunteer traffic and protect staff and facilities. After testing six systems, the organization selected Genetec’s unified platform—Security Center with Omnicast and Synergis—to provide real‑time surveillance and centrally managed access control.

TRITECH Communications installed Genetec Security Center with Omnicast video and Synergis access control, integrating 55 Axis network cameras, 55 HID iCLASS door readers, glass‑break/intercom alerts, and a dedicated 10 TB server with up to 60 days of retention. The unified system enables scheduled door access, event templates, map‑based alarm response and mobile monitoring, has prevented major incidents, and allowed staff to retrieve high‑resolution video used by law enforcement—while God’s Love praises Genetec’s technical support.
