Seeking to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, the mine awarded an RFP to Gemstone Logistics for its Campware accommodation management platform.

Gemstone Logistics implemented its Campware solution, which introduced an innovative approach to room booking by assigning rooms only upon guest arrival. This eliminated same-stay room transfers and integrated seamlessly with door locks for a frictionless check-in process. The results were substantial, including a 90% reduction in room transfers per week and the upskilling of 2 FTE resources. Agnico Eagle also saw greatly reduced check-in lines and a significantly improved guest experience.
