Slack, an enterprise software platform for team communication, needed a scalable way to deliver personalized customer and employee gifts — from the Customer Love loyalty program and VIP conference swag to branded stationery for a 2019 rebrand. They partnered with Gemnote to manage swag, gifting, fulfillment and warehousing across events, trade shows, and global offices.

Gemnote implemented end-to-end services (rebrand support, employee swag, client gifts, events, fulfillment and warehousing) and worked with Slack’s sales, CS, marketing, communications and events teams to execute. As a result, Gemnote enabled Slack to scale employee swag and official stationery across all of their offices around the globe and sustain ongoing gifting programs for conferences and client appreciation.
