How do I equip my call center with all the information they need

YourHearing, a network of hearing care professionals, needed a better way to equip its call center with the information required to find certified clinics and manage appointments, orders, and contact records efficiently. GeekHive was brought in to design and build a custom provider portal that could support these real-world workflows and integrate with YourHearing’s existing systems.

GeekHive delivered a custom .NET portal with workflow application logic that enabled employees to create and find contacts, schedule and revise appointments, update status, and process orders, while also integrating AltaPay for credit card transactions and Microsoft ClickDimensions for CRM connectivity. Built using an agile approach with two-week sprints and regular demos, the solution gave YourHearing a flexible MVP that could evolve with changing requirements and support ongoing enhancements such as clinic lookup, geolocation, map improvements, and SEO updates.
