Codator is a Dutch legal tech scale-up that automates niche legal services—most notably online divorce applications—and has grown from a side project into a 30-person company handling thousands of cases a year with clear seasonality. As the team expanded, spreadsheet-based reporting no longer scaled: management needed a way to share clear, actionable KPIs across marketing, service desk and lawyer teams so everyone could track funnel performance and hit targets.
They implemented team-specific Geckoboard dashboards (fed by Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Intercom and Zendesk) displayed on office TVs and shared via Slack snapshots. Dashboards show funnel metrics, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, agent status and SLA indicators, enabling daily visibility, data-driven decisions, faster iteration (dropping what doesn’t work) and better alignment with investors—helping Codator forecast and scale operations through peak periods.
