With a distributed team and stakeholders, they struggled to keep everyone aligned and to understand their website funnel and marketing performance amid an overload of metrics.
They implemented real-time, visual dashboards (using Geckoboard) including a dedicated analyst dashboard and pared metrics down to three or four “master” KPIs. The focused visualisation made conversion funnels and analyst throughput visible, sped up responses to declines, improved transparency and motivation across the company, and clarified where to prioritize work to drive growth.
