Podio, part of Citrix, is a flexible team workspace that lets users build custom apps to organize and track work. With teams split between Copenhagen and San Francisco, Podio needed better visibility into the impact of their work — beyond task-level collaboration — so everyone could see core SaaS KPIs (sign‑ups, DAU, MRR, churn) and support metrics and new hires could quickly learn what matters.

They implemented Geckoboard dashboards on office screens and shared links with remote staff, creating focused boards (e.g., a “beat‑the‑numbers” cohort view of first‑time user actions) and rotating views with the loop feature. The result was higher data awareness and engagement across the team, faster, more data‑informed product decisions, improved onboarding entry points, and an easier way to spot issues early.
