Mirabeau is a Netherlands-based full-service digital agency (about 300 employees) that combines design, technology and marketing for clients like ING and Air France-KLM. Their challenge was becoming truly data-driven: defining the right, comparable KPIs, getting reliable data from distributed or restricted back-end systems, and embedding measurable, value-oriented goals into day-to-day workflows so teams and clients could act on insights.
Mirabeau adopted Geckoboard to deliver real-time dashboards—showing project, operations, test and social KPIs—to both internal Scrum/DevOps teams and clients via wall screens, shared URLs and iPads. By assigning monetary values to actions and running monthly goal-and-test cycles, the dashboards increased KPI awareness, flagged issues earlier, strengthened client relationships and enabled faster, value-based decisions and continuous optimization.
