Facing the need to deliver real‑time reporting to clients, reduce time spent on manual status updates, and foster a transparent, data‑driven culture, the agency sought a way to make performance visible and actionable across teams and accounts.
Since January 2013 BNOTIONS adopted Geckoboard to share live dashboards with clients (and on office TVs), formalize an analytics strategy that centers on one core metric per project, and streamline reporting. The change cut meeting prep and catch‑up time (saving about 15–30 minutes per client meeting), reduced status slides from five‑ten to two, encouraged client participation and quicker issue resolution, and sparked internal data conversations and gamification that reinforced transparency and accountability.
