Rapid Fire Arms cuts paperwork and supports 6 staff with Gearfire

Rapid Fire Arms, a gun store founded by Brian Coleman, sought to streamline its back-end operations and reduce administrative tasks like paperwork and manual background checks. The store, which has only six employees, initially chose AXIS Point of Sale from the vendor Gearfire to address these challenges and help manage inventory and ordering.

By implementing Gearfire's solutions, including their AXIS Point of Sale and later Gearfire Payments, the store automated key processes such as ordering, receiving products, and electronically processing ATF Form 4473. This automation from Gearfire allowed the small staff to focus on providing a high-touch, one-on-one customer experience, which is central to their business. As a result, Rapid Fire Arms has optimized its operations, controlled staff costs, and positioned itself for future growth, with plans to open a new location and significantly expand its eCommerce presence.
