Falcon National Bank, a community bank with multiple offices in Minnesota, needed to create an annual report to highlight its yearly successes, challenges, and community impact. The 2019 report was particularly significant as it also needed to commemorate the bank's 20th anniversary. They engaged the vendor Gearbox Functional Creative for this project, which involved print design and photography art direction.

Gearbox Functional Creative developed an annual report that used everyday customer stories to add meaningful context to the bank's impact. The solution included a timeline feature to celebrate Falcon National Bank's 20-year journey of milestones. The work by Gearbox Functional Creative was recognized with a 2019 Judge’s Choice award from the AAF of Central Minnesota.
