Associated CU of Texas, a $444 million credit union, was looking to grow loans—especially auto refinancings—in a challenging market. To accelerate growth and improve marketing ROI they used SerTech’s Fetch Marketing auto loan recapture program, provided through GDS Link, to target members likely to refinance and re-engage lapsed borrowers.

GDS Link’s deployment of the SerTech Fetch Marketing campaign produced 183 auto loans and 247 additional “halo” loans from cross-sell conversations, paid for itself in one month, and generated roughly $11.94 in interest income for every $1 spent in year one (rising to $38.92 if loans go to term). The program delivered about $350K in potential interest in year one (more than $1M if loans run full term), matched loans averaged $5,985 higher balances, and Associated saw measurable boosts in interest income and member engagement.
