GAVS Technologies partnered with The Jewish Board, one of New York City’s largest not-for-profit healthcare and human services organizations, to address an aging and complex IT environment. The customer faced scalability and interoperability issues, rising IT costs, slow issue resolution, legacy applications, and limited in-house resources to manage operations across more than 65 facilities.

GAVS Technologies delivered managed infrastructure services, EHR application support, information security operations, AIOps through its ZIF platform, technology refresh, and automation support to modernize the environment and improve service delivery. The work included upgrading 1,500 Windows 7 PCs to Windows 10 in 45 days, clearing 80% of ticket backlogs within six weeks, supporting M&A integration and remote work during COVID-19, and automating processes with UiPath; as a result, The Jewish Board improved infrastructure availability, cybersecurity, productivity, and continuity of care.
