GAVS Technologies worked with a leading Farm Credit Bank in the U.S. that funds more than 20 affiliated associations across eighteen states. The bank wanted to set up and operationalize an Enterprise Data Office, address mounting data issues, and establish processes for data quality incidents, issues, and problems while ensuring 100% of data issues were dispositioned.

GAVS Technologies assessed the bank’s technical and business processes and implemented a data governance framework in Collibra, including a data dictionary, business glossary, asset domains, communities, and data lineages. The solution also added issue and exception management rules, data quality and validation rules, and configured governance workflows, resulting in a robust governance framework, end-to-end lineage for 100% clean and quality data, and clear validation, approval, and issue management processes.
