GAVS Technologies worked with a large health and teaching hospital system serving the South and Central Bronx, which was relying on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook 2010. The hospital needed to move off an end-of-support platform, overcome legacy client incompatibilities and weak TLS support, and complete a complex domain migration tied to a brand identity change.

GAVS Technologies implemented an Exchange Hybrid solution using Microsoft best practices to migrate 4,500+ mailboxes from on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, while also moving Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 with free hybrid licenses. The project added ADFS, EOP, ATP, SSPR with MFA, Cloud App Security, AIP, SharePoint, and Teams, resulting in a secure, seamless migration with no business impact, no downtime for the domain move, lower costs, and no need for Microsoft support.
