GAVS Technologies worked with a major oil & gas company in Oman that was planning to drill around 600 wells over the long term. The customer needed a reliable way to capture, publish, and manage well planning data as a single source of truth to support complex drilling and commissioning activities, with no room for errors or delays on a nationally significant project.

GAVS Technologies designed and implemented a robust well planning system using Microsoft ASP.NET Web, Entity Framework, Rad Telerik controls, and SharePoint integration, with modules for well data capture, decision support packages, statement of requirements, workflow management, dashboards, and reporting. The solution automated multi-level approvals, improved document handling, strengthened access control and notifications, and gave engineers better visibility into well data; as a result, the customer gained a centralized trusted repository, faster and more transparent workflows, better collaboration, improved accountability, and more predictable well commissioning with reduced follow-ups and cost delays.
